Description:
QMH Ltd carried out the upgrading and refurbishment of the existing hotel to create the 283-bedroomed Crowne Plaza Glasgow, adjacent to the SECC.
During 2006, all bedrooms, public areas including the restaurant and bar, and the hotel's 15 meeting and conference rooms were refurbished. A Club Lounge was also added on the 15th floor with stunning Clyde views.
The hotel's riverside restaurant, ONE, offers fashionable food in a contemporary setting whilst the Quarterdeck Bar provides a relaxed area to enjoy lunch or take advantage of the hotel's wi-fi internet access.
The hotel also has full leisure club facilities, day spa and extensive on site car parking.
Current status:
The refurbishment was completed in autumn 2006 and the hotel is open.
