understood to cost £18million, has been named Tramworks.
It involves the redevelopment of a former plumbers'
merchant, which has been lying vacant for years.
The development will provide accommodation for 230
students in individual studios or shared flats which will have a
small double bed, work space and an en-suite shower room.
The flats will have an on-site gym for the sole use
of the students and the cost is included in the rent.
