Pacific Quay & SECC, Brand Street

Description:

The 2,400m² digital media centre provides a high quality air-conditioned environment. The development has raised access floors, wireless network and internet facilities for tenants and continual secure access and car parking.

400m² is occupied by the digital media academy which offers training to local residents. This is delivered by market leaders in the field, Absolute Studios, who have been operating from the building since September 2005. The academy includes a 32 seat auditorium, classrooms, editing suite, render farm, one-to-one meeting rooms and breakout space.

Current status:

16,000 ft² of available space has been split into wings: three at 4,000 ft² and one has been subdivided into two-four person offices.
