Renfrew Riverside & Scotstoun, Braehead


Titanium provides over 100,000 sq ft of high specification office accommodation in 3 pavilions.

Titanium 1, extends to approximately 30,000 ft², and is part let to Fujitsu and Picsel Technologies.

Titanium 3, extending to 28,000 sq ft has been completed to shell condition.

Titanium 2, now called Sonas, extends to 53,293 sq ft over three floors offering Grade A flexible office space.

The offices are fully air conditioned, offer excellent natural light and feature the latest broadband technology.  Titanium is just 10 minutes from Glasgow Airport and is located within Braehead, which features an extensive range of retail, housing, leisure and business developments and is widely recognised as one of Europe's leading examples of mixed use, retail led riverside regeneration.

Current status:

Titanium 3 is completed to shell condition and available for occupation. Sonas is complete with the ground and 1st floors occupied by Ceridian Corporation. The 2nd floor (17,916 sq ft) is available on a new sub-lease.
