Description:

Following a £6m upgrade to the Riverside Estate housing, a project is now underway to improve the public space around the flats and upgrade the waterfront, adding the finishing touches to this popular new development.

As part of the improvements, works an artist will be commissioned to produce a piece of public art, working closely with the community to identify their aspirations for the art piece.

Current status:

This work concentrates on the strip alongside the riverfront and the adjacent residential area.  The second phase will provide lanscaping amongst the housing.
