Description:
The scheme is located on the site of St Saviour's Primary School in Govan. It consists of new build housing for rent and shared equity properties for sale. There are 65 units in total with a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom flats, 3 and 4 bedroom townhouses and 2 bedroom detached and semi detached houses.
The materials used are predominantly brick and metal in order to blend with the character of the area.
The scheme has been designed to attain an Ecohomes Very Good rating and form part of ongoing efforts to regenerate Govan

The redevelopment forms part of ongoing efforts to regenerate Govan. The buildiing of the new South Glasgow Hospital is having a positive knock-on effect on the area.
A further phase of building is planned on this stite to provide 74 flats.
