Description:

This development of 109 new build houses has a prominent location at the junction of Golspie Street and Langlands Road. This development is located on the site of the former swimming baths and Gladstone memorial institute and provides a mix of housing for sale, rent and shared equity.

The housing offers a mix of family terraced housing and 3 or 4 storey flatted accommodation, which includes 33 units for sale and 14 for Homestake. 9 of the units are to wheelchair/amenity standards.

All units achieve the minimum, 'Housing for Varying needs' standards, have a high energy efficient rating and will attain an Eco Homes 'Very good' rating.

This new development in Govan is part of the Central Govan Action Plan.
