Moorpark Court is a high quality office accommodation development comprising 7 pavilions for sale or to let in Dava Street, Govan.
Each pavilion is 7,384 ft2 which can be further subdivided into suites from 1,862 ft2. The offices all have dedicated car parking. The pavilions provide high quality, modern open-plan office accommodation over two floors and have been carefully designed to ensure maximum space planning flexibility.
Moorpark Court is ideally located in Govan, only minutes drive from Junctions 23 and 24 of the M8. The Glasgow City Centre is three miles away with two underground stations within easy walking distance.
