Description:
This commercial office development in Glasgow is the final phase of the Atlantic Quay development. The 12 storey landmark tower acts as a centrepiece to the IFSD (International Financial Services District). The new building is known as Capella at Atlantic Quay and is not only the tallest building in the Broomielaw, but also the largest at over 110,000sq ft. The ground floor includes 4,700 sq ft of retail and leisure space - a first for new builds within the area. The retail space will overlook new public spaces that will link all the Atlantic Quay developments.
MacRoberts LLP, one of Scotland's leading law firms, is to become the first tenant and will occupy the top four floors, covering more than 34,600sq ft. Strathclyde Pension Fund will occupy the sixth floor.
The development's location provides great business opportunities in Glasgow city centre. Its central location provides easy access to a wide range of business, leisure and shopping facilities, as well as quick rail and motorway access.
