Description:

The Hub at Pacific Quay is a commercial development in Glasgow.  Located at the River Clyde, The Hub is a unique new centre for creativity, with low-cost bespoke managed business space for new and growing businesses. Designed with the needs of the creative industries very much in mind, the building has a unique philosophy to encourage media sector business to meet, connect and flourish.

Flexible office accommodation is available with up to fifty secure units between 11 and 400m2. With 24/7 access to offices, permanent on site management, a market square and café-bar,  the building has been designed to create a thriving media community. Tenants will be linked via The Hub intranet and will enjoy connectivity with a wider London based network, including touch-down facilities in dedicated space in a similar London building. The Hub's first tenant was Glasgow School of Art's Digital Design Studio. As the building was completed Shed Productions announced that they would also be taking space and a number of other tenants have now moved in.

The Hub's location at Pacific Quay, next to the BBC, SMG, Film City Glasgow and Glasgow Science Centre puts it in the heart of Creative Clyde, which is transforming this area of the waterfront and attracting new creative and commercial developments to Glasgow.
