The new building can provide up to thirty modern, fully serviced, office suites for start up and developing small businesses ranging in size from 265 ft2 to 957 ft2.

The 16 acre Queens Quay Enterprise and Learning District will house several developments. The first was a new home for Clydebank College, which opened in August 2007. The striking three-storey building is located on a six acre site and will house a range of modern facilites. With an impressive courtyard and balcony overlooking the River Clyde, Clydebank College will certainly be a popular place to work, visit and study.
