Description:
Moda has been designed to provide 40,700 sq ft of high quality office accommodation over four floors. The new building at 138 Elliott Street has been finished to a high standard with top of the range, flexible office space, capable of being fitted out as open plan, cullular offices or a combination of both.
The office accommodation has an excellent city centre location with good public transport links and onsite parking.
The ground floor was pre-let to Equator and the other floors are currently available for let.
