A new role for Fairfield shipyards

A prominent building in the area and part of Govan's shipbuilding heritage, the Grade A listed Fairfield shipyard offices has been redeveloped as commercial space.

New commercial projects on both sides of the river have brought new opportunities to this area of the city.

Developments such as Rowan Business Park, Keith Street and Orkney Street Enterprise Centre are ensuring that the area has the business accommodation required by today's new and expanding businesses.
