Public amenity projects in Glasgow City Centre

Phase 1 public realm works at Broomielaw

Clyde walkways

The Clyde walkway has revitalised the riverfront for locals and visitors alike and a series of cyclepaths have also proved popular. Projects such as the Broomielaw public realm improvements have made  the area more attractive.

Glasgow is renowned as a 'dear green place' and the Clyde Waterfront regeneration has played its part to ensure the city remains a pleasant, attractive place in which to live and work.

A variety of public space projects have enhanced the environment. Early in the initiative improvements were made to make the most of Glasgow Green with its prime riverside location.
