Description:
92 new homes have been built in Erskine to address the chronic shortage of affordable rented property in the town. Bridgewater Housing Association (BHA) is behind the £10 million development to create both houses and flats. The development, in Rashielee North, is the first rented housing to be built in the town for 30 years. It includes two, three and four-apartment flats and terraced houses as well as greenspace and a children's play area. The new homes are located between the A726 and the North Barr housing estate with access from the Barrholm roundabout.
