Another hotel for Pacific Quay

27 Aug 2012

Following last month’s announcement of a Premier Inn on the waterfront at Pacific Quay, DeVere Group has announced plans for a £20m hotel development on a site site in the heart of Creative Clyde, just to the south of the BBC.

The new hotel development at Creative Clyde would create 120 jobs and be ready in time for the Commonwealth Games in 2014.

Earlier in the year DeVere Group Village Urban Resorts revealed plans to create 15 new Village Urban Resorts to add to the 24 existing hotels.

The new hotel complex at Pacific Quay will include 120 rooms, a health and fitness centre with a 20m pool, business meeting rooms, restaurant, bar and a Starbucks.
