Titan proves its strength

25 Oct 2010

Titan Enterprise, the waterfront business pavilion at Clydebank, is proving a popular location for for new and expanding businesses.

Since it opened in 2007, 20 businesses and organisations have moved into Titan
Enterprise, the award-winning business pavilion on Queens Quay, the former John Browns shipyards site on the Clyde at Clydebank.

Latest additions are AMN Contracts, applications developer Appleface and office supplier Office 121.

Office 121 has recently re-located from Glasgow city centre. Director Stuart Mackenzie explains: "Titan Enterprise is a great location for us, conventiently situated for both our customers and our four staff.

"The quality of the accommodation and the flexible lease arrangements on
offer from Clydebank Re-built attracted us to this business pavilion on the River Clyde"

Titan Enterprise targeted the developing and start up companies and is now home to a range of small businesses from financial to hi-tech engineering and digital design, employing over 50 people.  A key attraction is the shared meeting and conference facilities, together with spacious break-out areas overlooking the river on all three floors.

"Despite the economic downturn we are now almost 90% full at Titan Enterprise", says Claire Donaldson,  Asset Manager at Clydebank Re-built, the town's urban regeneration company.

Clydebank Re-built has just opened Aurora House, another business pavilion next to Titan Enterprise and across from the new Clydebank College.   It offers larger business suites from 1600 sq feet to 20,000 sq feet.

Latest development is Clyde Gate, a new business park on the riverside, next to the NHS Golden Jubilee Hospital and regional cardio-thoracic centre and the Beardmore Hotel and Conference Centre.

At Clyde Gate, Change House, with a private day nursery on the ground
floor, offers 5,800 sq feet of quality office space for lease or for
sale on the upper two floors.   There are also 11 sites for business pavilions.

"We have on the Clyde riverside high quality, ready-to-move-in
accommodation and prime sites available now for businesses interested in
making their home in Clydebank" adds Claire Donaldson.
