Description:

Formerly known as The Copenhagen building, Sixty7 is a commercial property development in Glasgow International Financial Services District (IFSD).  The development involved connecting the refurbishment of two existing buildings to create 65,000 sq ft of high quality Grade A open plan office space in Glasgow City Centre.

The 1899 Grade B listed Daily Record building at 67 Hope Street, by Robert Thomson and Andrew Wilson will be linked with a 9 storey extension above 55 Hope Street, formerly a printing press room and more recently a nightclub.

Externally, the new build consists of high quality curtain walling to Hope Street at high level and structural glass to the 2 storey reception space at ground level.

Complete.
